Questions
Before your first customer pays.

    

      
What does my customer see before they sign?
Your name, the amount, what it is for, your order ID and the receiving wallet. Their wallet shows the same before they approve. Subscriptions also show the cap per billing period.

      
How do I refund a payment?
Send it back from your wallet to the wallet it came from. Fianto cannot send it, because we never hold funds.

      
Which wallets can pay?
Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and MetaMask, plus others through WalletConnect. Only USDC on Solana is accepted today.

      
What if my customer closes the page?
Before approval, nothing moves and the link works until it expires. After approval, the payment settles and your webhook still fires. Mark orders paid from the webhook, not the redirect.

      
What does it cost?
No Fianto fee during the beta. The customer's wallet pays the network fee, under $0.01, and Solana account rent when they subscribe. Every subscription charge carries a flat network fee, 0.01 USDC today. Any future Fianto fee comes with at least 30 days notice.

      
Can I try it without real money?
There is no test mode. The sample checkout shows the full flow and nothing moves. To check your endpoint, send it a test event from the dashboard.
