Who missed a renewal, and why.
When a renewal fails, the subscription is past due, with the reason and the next try. Fianto tries again after an hour, six hours and a day.

About the numbers.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the chain. Each collection is a Solana transaction, and every payment carries its signature. Transfers that match no order, or pay one twice, are flagged.
Is revenue shown in dollars?
The headline totals are in dollars. Tables and exports show the USDC that moved, next to its dollar value. Convert at the rate your books use.
When do I know a payment failed?
Two minutes into the new period, when the first try fails. The subscription shows as past due and your webhook gets subscription.past_due.
Can I retry a failed payment by hand?
No need. Fianto tries again after an hour, six hours and a day, so a topped-up wallet is collected on the next try. After the fourth miss, the subscription ends.
Can I get everything out?
Yes. Payments, orders, subscriptions and customers each export to CSV.
Can my accountant have their own login?
Not yet. An account has one sign-in today, and team access is on the way. Until then, send them the CSV.
