Compliance

A person reviews every business.

Before you take payments: business details, two‑factor, proof you own the wallet, then review.

Merchants are reviewed

By a person, before the business can take payments.

Wallet changes are reviewed

One receiving wallet per account. A new one is used only after review.

Two-factor on every account

Set up before the business is reviewed, right after its details.

Some businesses are not allowed

Unlicensed gambling, securities, weapons and more. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Every review gets a decision

We record who reviewed it, the finding and the action.

Questions

Security questions.

Is Fianto a custodian or a money transmitter?

Fianto is software. It never receives, holds or sends your customers' money. Whether that is regulated depends on the country. See our Terms.

Can Fianto freeze or reverse a payment?

No. A settled payment on Solana is final. We can only stop new collections, for example if a business breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.

What if Fianto's servers were compromised?

An attacker could only ask for what the program allows: your wallet, within each cap, once per period.

Who controls the Subscriptions program?

Not Fianto. It is a public, third‑party program. Its address is above, so anyone can inspect it.

Do you verify my customers' identity?

No. Customers pay from their own wallets and we do not check who they are. You remain responsible for checks your own business requires.

Money in your wallet, not in ours.

No Fianto fee during the beta. You never pay a network fee.
