Soon, every payment gets an invoice.
Coming soon. Invoices and PDFs are not in the dashboard yet. What works today: every subscription period is recorded with its transaction, and every order with its signature.
Fianto will write an invoice as each payment settles, with the USDC amount and Solana signature.
The same payment, as one line of invoices.csv.

Your details, the proof and a CSV export.
Your name, address and tax ID on every invoice.
Set them once in Account and every new invoice carries them. Try editing yours.
- One invoice per payment, subscription or one-off.
- Your order ID on it, as passed at checkout, and in webhooks.
- Print or save as PDF from the invoice page.
Every signature opens the transaction itself.
Each paid invoice links to its Solana transaction.
Open the signature on any Solana explorer. It shows one transfer, from your customer's wallet to yours.
- Straight to you. USDC never passes through a Fianto wallet.
- Your customer pays the fee, a flat fee with every subscription charge (0.01 USDC today), not you.
- No signature, not paid. Paid only once the transfer is final.

Download a CSV of your invoices for any dates.
Each row has the number, order ID, customer, period, amount, status and signature. Try another month.
- Amounts in USDC, as they moved. Convert at your own rate.
- Unpaid periods stay in, each with its status.
About invoices.
Do I have to create invoices myself?
No. When invoices arrive, Fianto will write one for every settled payment, subscription or one-off. Today, every subscription period is already recorded with its transaction.
Does the invoice show a dollar value?
No. It shows the USDC amount, because that is what moved. Convert at the rate your accountant uses.
What does the signature prove?
That the transfer happened, when, and between which wallets. Anyone can check it on a Solana explorer. Nobody can change it, including us.
How does my customer get the invoice?
Fianto sends no emails. Once invoices arrive, you can print any invoice or save it as PDF and send it yourself.
What happens to an invoice when I refund?
Send the USDC back from your own wallet, since Fianto never holds it. Fianto does not record refunds, so keep your own note of it.
What if a collection fails?
The subscription is past due while Fianto tries again after an hour, six hours and a day. It never takes a partial amount. If the fourth try fails, the subscription ends and that period is never charged later.
Invoices are coming. Your records are already there.
No Fianto fee during the beta. You never pay a network fee.
